TMA Launches an Air-Conditioned Luxury Seaplane
TMA has today launched the first-ever air-conditioned luxury Twin Otter seaplane aircraft in the Maldives.
The ceremony, held at the TMA terminal building, was attended by key partners and government officials. The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Adil Moosa, Managing Director of MACL. At the event, speeches were delivered by Mr. A.U.M. Fawzy – CEO of TMA, Mr. Amit Dixit – Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and board member of TMA, Mr. Hussain Afeef – Board Director of TMA, and the Chief Guest Mr. Adil Moosa – Managing Director of MACL.
The reception was concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the launch of the air-conditioned luxury seaplane by the Chief Guest, Mr. Adil Moosa, Managing Director of MACL, followed by a photo sessions with the distinguished guests and other top officials.
The luxury air-conditioned seaplane is the first of its kind in the Maldives and will undoubtedly contribute to the satisfaction of passengers. TMA has been listening to the needs of the tourism industry and has been constantly improving the passengers’ transfer experience, with today’s launch being just one of the examples how TMA persistently improves the quality of its service.
